BROCULA SOUP WITH GORGONZOLA CHEESE
will warm your palate,
will cheer you up on an autumn or winter afternoon.
Shopping list
Products for 4 servings
1 broccoli
5 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 tablespoon of olive oil
500 ml of broth
1 flat teaspoon of sweet pepper
a few leaves of parsley
a few leaves of fresh basil
pinch of sugar
100 g Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup of sweet cream 12 or 18%
salt and pepper to taste (I used about 1/2 flat teaspoon of salt)
To serve: 4 tablespoonsżki płatków migdałowych, dobrej jakości oliwa, pieczywo
A method of preparing
Dice the onion, chop the garlic finely. Fry in a large saucepan until tender, add broccoli florets divided into florets and pour over the hot broth. Cook until tender. Add basil, parsley, sugar, a little black pepper and paprika. Blend with a blender together with the cream and chopped cheese. Optionally, season with a little more salt.
Toast the almond flakes in a dry frying pan and sprinkle them over the soup. Sprinkle with a little olive oil.
