Caesar salad with chicken

Ingredients
3/4 head of romaine lettuce
2 single chicken breasts (270 g)
2 slices of bacon
3 slices of toasted bread
Oil

Sauce
2 anchovies fillets
1 large clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
1 pinch of salt
pepper

To serve: 2-3 tablespoons of Parmesan

A method of preparing

 

Sauce: Remove the fillets from the pickle, do not drain. Chop very finely and then crush it with a knife. Squeeze the garlic through the press. In a bowl, mix the anchovies with garlic and mayonnaise, add the Greek yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the chicken into oblong pieces, sprinkle with 2 pinches of salt and pepper. Brush the grill pan with a little oil and fry the chicken pieces on it for 2 minutes on each side. Put the bacon slices on a separate, dry frying pan, when it is slightly shriveled and browned, turn over and bake. Drain the bacon on a paper towel. Pour out the fat, wipe the pan with a paper towel. Remove the crust from the bread and dice it. Brown in the pan. Place the chopped lettuce on the plates, pour the sauce over the plates, add the chicken and bacon. Sprinkle the top with croutons and parmesan cheese shavings. You can also prepare the salad in a larger bowl for self-application.
