Before use, clean the infuser in hot water.
Pour in your favorite coffee or tea.
Pour boiling water (maximum 2.5 cm from the edge of the brewing unit), replace the lid and wait 2-3 minutes.
When coffee or tea is brewed, slowly and gently lower the filter to the bottom.
Remember the brew is hot, do not lower the filter too abruptly.
